RATES
IT Services Starting at $30.00 On-line & $90.00 On-site .Service charge only, Hardware and third party Software not included. MrPoc services hourly rates range from $30/hr to $160/hr depending on the type of service required and client environment. The price depends on the complexity of case. The average of our normal service response time is 2 hours on-site and 1 hour for remote response. Hourly Services require a one hour minimum and are billed in 15 minute increments. Our regular business hours are from 9AM-5PM, please note that after business hours are from (5pm-9am, Weekends) On-site Technical Services:- Regular business hours ($90/hr).- After business hours ($120/hr). - Emergency service calls ($160/hr). With our onsite services we include installation of Anti-Virus plus complete tune-up for a fast and clean computer all times. Some third party program support is not included. If you hire our support plan then you get up to 90 minutes of in-home support for $49.99 per visit. Remote Support Services(on-line):- Regular business hours ($30/hr).- After hours remote support($45/hr). You must have BroadBand connectivity to the Internet (i.e. Cable Modem, ISDN, DSL or better).
